Consistency

As a fitness coach, one of the most important things you can do to see RESULTS, is be CONSISTENT! Everyone is always looking for a quick fix, something that in DAYS will get them results, even though it took months and years to get them to where they are today. 

In reality there are some 'quick fixes'. Take the 21 day Ultimate Reset for example. 21 days of clean eating, no drinking or exercising. I lost 14lbs doing this and felt my BEST. I was consistent with the clean meals, and taking a break from exercising. I saw results from sticking to it from start to finish. For some though, 21 days is TOO LONG. If you are that person, you MUST change your perspective if you want to succeed.

I have many people that drink Shakeology. I will follow up with them and ask how its going. I'll get a "good", or "ok but I have so much leftover". If you have leftover shakeology after one month that only means one thing, that you are NOT drinking it daily, you're drinking it PART TIME. If you drink Shakeology part time then you will get PART TIME RESULTS. If you are consistent, drink it every day, even if its right before bed, I PROMISE you will feel healthier, alert, kick sweet cravings, etc etc. 

These are just situations I face as a Beachbody coach, but it applies to all realms in life. Whether it be saving money, eating right, working out, being better at work, it all takes consistency to be successful.

This was a bit of a rant but needed to VENT to my blog peeps. And just to confirm, I myself need to work on consistency. I am in no means perfect! But i have seen what being consistent can DO, which is why I work towards it every damn day.  Comment below if you have any questions or comments!

  1. You are right consistency is key. I struggle with it myself. I appreciated what you said about shakeology. If you have some left at months end you were not consistent. Thanks for the reminder.
